Protocol, plainly

One ticker. One canonical launch.

TickerSeal prevents repeat launches inside its own protocol by permanently reserving each normalized ticker at creation.

01

Check

TickerSeal checks the normalized ticker against its permanent registry.

02

Launch

The first valid launch reserves that ticker and creates its fixed-supply coin.

03

Trade

The coin trades independently on the native TickerSeal bonding curve.

04

Qualify

A verified nominal market cap of $60,000 qualifies the coin for graduation.

05

Seal

Graduation evidence is committed atomically to the reserved ticker record.

Official methodology

Exactly $60,000.00—not vibes.

A qualifying operation uses checked fixed-point arithmetic and a fresh validated SOL/USD oracle observation. $59,999.99 does not qualify; $60,000.00 does. The writable ticker registry PDA prevents a second launch from claiming the same normalized ticker.

market cap = fixed supply
× post-trade marginal SOL price
× validated SOL/USD price

Frequently asked

Does the first launch reserve the ticker?+

Yes. Once a coin launches through TickerSeal, its normalized ticker cannot be launched again through the protocol.

What does $60K measure?+

Fixed total supply × post-trade marginal SOL curve price × validated SOL/USD oracle price. This is nominal market cap—not deposits, executable liquidity, or proof of organic demand.

Does graduation move liquidity to a DEX?+

No. Graduation means only that the token earned the platform ticker seal. The same mint remains tradeable on the TickerSeal bonding curve.

Is the ticker globally owned on Solana?+

No. The seal applies only within TickerSeal’s own program and launch flow. It grants no trademark or global chain-level rights.

Can SOL/USD movement trigger graduation?+

Yes. A permissionless sync operation can qualify a coin using a fresh validated oracle observation; the qualifying transaction records graduation on chain.

Economic and trust assumptions

Bonding-curve spot market cap can be manipulated by large buys and later sells. Graduation is not proof of originality, safety, or organic demand. Until program verification, independent audits, and revocation of any upgrade authority, immutability remains a trust assumption.
